Some days the hoagie are the BEST! Others days the meat is so light you think it's just bread and lettuce! Sad really I seem to waste a bunch of money here and it's a 50/50 chance. Just the other day they forgot the tomatoes.... I understand if I asked for something out of pocket but the tomatoes? the ends of the roll the meat was less than 1 layer thick. Maybe a scale would help them out... Idk

Service was excellent. Sandwiches were good. The quality of the meat could have been better. I ordered the Italian the ham was particularly bland. The add-ons were all very fresh.

I ordered a turkey hoagie with bacon and banana peppers from the app. When I got all the way home (near Elk Mountain) I realized they did not put bacon on the sandwich (which of course cost me about $3 extra). The sandwich was also pretty skimpy, barely any meat or anything on it. I think there were about 2 banana peppers on the entire thing.

Ordered on Uber, showed up with just turkey and cheese. No lettuce, no tomato, no onion. How could you possibly mess that up

Today (9/24/25) Jersey Mike's hosted a fundraiser for my kids school. The service was outstanding! We had a group order that they were so willing to do. And what an excellent fundraiser!! Thank you so much to all the employees working today!! You're doing a great job!
