Got the BIG Kahuna Cheese steak! My first time. Did not disappoint!

First time eating @ Jersey Mike's and we tried the reg. #56- The BIG KAHUNA Cheesesteak and it definitely hit the spot! The steak was grilled with onions, jalapenos and mushrooms then topped with lots of cheese. It was lightly seasoned and dripping with lots of juicy flavor. A word of caution,before you take a huge bite. Let it cool off. Because you will burn your tongue! The service was quick, there was only a family of 4 ahead of us and it took maybe 12-15 mins to receive our order.

Most of the time my experiences are good here. The last visit the sandwich maker got my condiment wrong on one of my sandwiches so it had to be remade. He took it in stride. No attitude. I was happy.

I came in and the employees were busy, but still very friendly. The dude slicing deli meats made me a big kahuna. The sandwich was everything I wanted, and everyone seemed super chill & easy to talk to. (Subway could take some notes from this playbook!) I'll definitely come here again!

Service sucked. Called in the order waited 10 min before going in. Saw my hot sandwich sit on the counter for almost 15 min. Now is Luke warm, didn’t know it was mine or I would’ve said something. Was waiting for the Cold sandwich. Didn’t seem to care when I asked about it. Held my tongue, kid in store. We’ve given them 5 chances, each one was something wrong. Since it changed hands sucks. Too bad it’s convenient. Guess we’re going to the Union ave. store.
