Jersey Mike's Subs

Hair in the bread, see pictures. Employees were very helpful and polite during ordering, but rude and standoff-ish when questioned about the food. When questioning the employees, they stated that the bread is made in a mold that deteriorates in a manner that resembles hair. A little research says this is untrue, and that the standard bread mold Jersey Mike’s uses in 100% silicone. This is unacceptable, will not be returning.

Cant even get an order right when you are directly in front of them. Put oil all on my sandwich which i asked to be left out then she made my sub with the incorrect bread and told me i can swap the top from the other sandwich. She then stays cleaning with rags then goes straight to making another persons sandwich with the same gloves. Would not recommend the location because of her.

We ordered the blt with no oil and vinegar. We added turkey and politely asked in special instructions to "plz go light on the turkey just one or two slices." We received an extra thick layer of turkey, half the bacon was missing and it was drenched in oil & vinegar. I'd hate to think someone would intentionally give us the opposite of what was ordered for whatever ridiculous reasons they had, but this was hard to dismiss as an innocent mistake. Was a real disappointment. Won't be ordering any time soon 😒

No more toasting the bread???? What would you change it? That is the only thing that separates yourself from anyone else, now your bread taste and looks like subways, terrible idea, ownership are you aware of the mistake? Will not eat there anymore unless you bring back the toasting the break great idea. I spoken to at least 7 different people that agree with me.

Way better than most sub places. It's usually quiet and the staff are nice. Only issue is they should have more toppings available to choose from.
