Absolutely LOVE this location! By far the best, most consistent place I have ever been to. The sandwiches are always delicious. The quality and freshness of the ingredients are always 1st rate. They are quick and efficient, the place is spotless every single time I go in, and the staff is next level in customer service and friendliness! I can't say enough good things about them. I hope the owners recognize how lucky they are to have such a great team. Special shout out to Aliah, Mariah, Anderson, and Montel for the incredible customer service last night! Every single one of them was cheerful, happy to help, and friendly despite the fact that it was a few minutes to close and people were still coming in last minute. Definitely gave the whole place the best vibes!

I normally come to this location, however today there were only 2 staff members up front & I have never seen them before. It was 1:40pm on 12-2-25. I was the only customer in there. Upon entering i greeted the woman with a hello, she did not respond but stared at me with some weird intense look on her face. As I approached she rubbed the side of her nose & turned around. Once I got to the counter to place my order the guy slicing the meat, sat a slice of roast beef on the counter BESIDE the sub it was going on.. the woman then turned back around & grabbed that slice of meat with her BARE HANDS!! & put it on the sub.. I was so disgusted I just left. Please train these employees on food handling skills & proper sanitation rules.

This is our neighborhood Jersey Mike's, so it's one of our go-to's when wanting a quick bite. On one of our last visits, we ordered a cheesesteak sub (which we have ordered often) and it was one of the worst cheesesteaks we had ever eaten. This was on a Sunday night, leaving no time to go back and have them replaced. Well a couple of days later, I went back and spoke with the manager PJ and he immediately rectified the situation-no questions asked and more importantly, no hassle! He informed me that it was the first day for the guy who made them. That was a relief to know because we had never had a bad cheesesteak from there (or any other sandwich) which is why we were so confused and disappointed! Done with Jersey Mikes shrinkflation. Ordered the classic 13 with extra meat and extra cheese, size mini, $13. This is what I got. Never, ever again. Also, please note current order to picture of same sandwich 14 months ago. Your done ripping me off. Somehow they keep taking down my review. 100% legitimate review

The price of my giant philly cheesesteak was $18. Surprisingly, the amount of meat that was on it wouldn't fill up my 8oz. coffee mug. However, they loaded it down with peppers. Another thing I noticed was how the cashier was making a sub & ringing me up with the same gloves. I think they lost good staff recently & it's showing.
