Jersey Mike's Subs

This is a very inviting sub shop, that offers freshly cut meat subs and bowls. The District Manager was there and he was so friendly and jovial! The subs were made to perfection and packed nicely so we could take them back over the border. Everything is fresh and displayed very nicely. Watching them make your sub and adding your own items as they go, is a bonus. This is a very clean restaurant and the washrooms were well kept. Do yourself a flavour and check them out! Fort Gratiot!

First time stopping at this location. The ladies working were so amazing & helpful. They also didn’t overload the sub with oil to the point that it was a gross mess. It was perfectly made and so delicious.

AVOID THIS Jersey Mike's at ALL COSTS! (Worst Restaurant Experience EVER) Body: Let me preface this by saying this was my FIRST time trying Jersey Mike's in the US, and it was hands down the WORST restaurant experience I've ever had. We went to the [Insert Location Here] location, and it was a complete disaster from start to finish. We placed our order, and they only made HALF of it. Okay, mistakes happen, right? But then we waited 15 minutes for ONE more sandwich. After another 25 minutes of waiting (seriously!), I finally went up and asked for a refund for the rest of our order. Turns out they completely FORGOT two of our subs. No apology, just a "we forgot" as if that's supposed to make it okay. And the kicker? The place wasn't even busy! We placed an order online for pick up at 11am on a weekday. They had 6 different sandwiches ready for us within 5 minutes. Friendly staff, clean facility and open seating area with windows. Quick access from I-94.

I ordered a sub this evening, not online because the last time I did that they got everything wrong and there were words exchanged and I never got a refund. This time I called and talked to a young lady. I was very specific and very clear about what I wanted. A mini Italian with no tomato’s add yellow peppers with the sauce on the side. What I got was a soaked through sub paper soaked through the bag they put on it and twist and an oil soaked through bag by the time I got home, and no yellow peppers. $13/$15 dollars and they still couldn’t get it straight. REFUND PLEASE ILL BE THERE TOMORROW WITH THE MINI SUB I GOT!!
