Jersey Mike's Subs

The staff at Jersey Mike’s was very nice and professional. They were friendly, worked quickly, and made the sandwich exactly how I ordered it. I have zero complaints about the service. My issue was with the bread itself. I didn’t even add oil and vinegar to the sandwich — I had them put it on the side — and just having tomatoes on it was enough to make the bread turn mushy. By the time I started eating it, the sandwich was already falling apart and messy. I don’t think this is the employees’ fault at all. It just seems like the type of bread doesn’t hold up well to any moisture. Even something simple like tomatoes shouldn’t make the sandwich soggy that fast. Good service, but the bread quality is something that could definitely be improved.

Great, friendly service! Nice, clean environment. Quick and delicious. The big size Is so expensive, I spent $30 for two sandwiches. Probably won't do this again, but happy with service and environment

Food is always amazing. Getting a sandwich made in a timely manner on the other hand, not here. I order on-line and its always and I mean always 20 min or longer after my pick up time. This is getting out of hand. My hope is the owner sees this and can rectify this. Had to get a refund cause at 25 min after my food should have been complete and ready to eat had not been made. Now my family and I have to go find a new place to eat. Thanks for all you did Jersey Mike's but until you fix this issue we won't be back.

OMG. Our sandwiches were amazing. We were in there Sunday night about 6ish. Bought a Giant club sub, his half was boring but he loved it mines juicy and messy and one of the best I had. It was totally the bomb diggity. Thanks so much.

I loved it! I got my food faster than I would’ve at a fast food restaurant, I came in in my lunch break and the customer service was great!
