On a whole new level. This place is the best one in the region. So good. I honestly forgot just what it was supposed to taste like and they follow instructions very well. I came on president’s day at noon. Thank You all for being THE BEST
I’d put 0 stars but that wasn’t an option. The Hispanic women there is so rude and has ugly customer service. This wasn’t the fist time. The first time I let it go because we can all have a bad day. I went AGAIN and she still had attitude. The other girl must be new and nice. When I called to ask her name to report it he didn’t want to give me her name. She did state she was a manager there but there wasn’t another manager I can speak with besides her. I started loving Mikes ever since I had and still have great service from the plaza location in Riverside. I spoke to the location in Riverside and they don’t own this location but was provided with corporate number. I will definitely be pushing this because it’s been 3x already after 2 prior attempts. The two young ladies working tonight were super sweet and welcoming!! I didn’t get their names sadly :( but AMAZING service!
First time at this location, but I will definitely be back. Staff was friendly and patient, I had some payment issues with my phone.
