Lovee my sandwich, the staff is so nice and I felt very welcome. Great atmosphere and will definitely be back. I am pregnant and when I asked for the meat to be heated, they had no problem with any requests. Love them

We've almost always enjoyed Jersey Mike's sandwiches and we're excited about the gluten-free bread option. However, my experience today made me not want to ever return there. Every sandwich from people standing in line including the one I ordered for my husband was made right in front of them and received right in front of them. My gluten-free sandwich was put in the back behind 7 to go orders that were all finished before mine was even started. By the time I even got my gluten-free sandwich, some of the people in line behind me had already finished eating. If a gluten free order can't be even started while standing in line, I don't consider this good customer return service. Don't even advertise gluten free if you can't provide the sandwich

As a former GM at a Jersey mikes I give them a 10/10 on customer service. The slices looks amazing the portions of lettuce tomato and onions are great. The “juice” and “spices” that need work. My sandwich was dry and could not taste any spices. Other than that great place & good customer service the food is good just needs some adjustments.
