I called to ask that my sandwich be remade because this is just unacceptable. I come here enough to know that this is not the appropriate amount of chipotle mayo to use. I gagged opening the wrapping. The manager refused to remake my sandwich or give me a refund! She was seriously rude too. Just wow! Do better!!!! Calling my bank to dispute. I don’t care if it is only $10

Its a hit or miss with the portions. Hate when I get someone to make my sandwich and it bare minimum ingredients. Sometimes the family and I think about it twice eating here. Prices are a bit high for them to be stingy with the ingredients/toppings.

Wife and I ordered No Meat, they loaded us with veggies and cooked it with care (salt/oil). Very good service, and super tasty hot veg subs!

I called today because I made a mistake on my order. I accidentally ordered #43 instead of the portobello cheese steak and I just want to say thank you to the very kind man that answered and fixed it . It's simple small things like this that really make your day. So thankyou to everyone working this morning ♡

Let me start by saying, this is my 2nd time at this location and 100% my LAST! The first time, the guy just made my sandwich all wrong but it was so many people in there I couldn’t even say anything. This go round, just look at the pics and video. This is so much oil I can’t believe it! Then, she picked out the hardest bacon in the pan. NOT GOING BACK.
