Stood at the counter for 10 minutes before someone waited on me. They weren't busy and there were several employees just standing there doing absolutely "nothing." They were too involved with each other talking about their social life.This used to be a store where you got good service but it has totally gone downhill. I won't waste my time again. There are other places I can go to get better service.

I would recommend this location to anyone even during the busy times and the wait may be a few minutes longer. The staff and location are amazing. The food is always fresh both the breads and meats. My order is always on point and correct. Even when they are busy they are on point. The staff is friendly and are always polite when you come in and leave regardless of how busy they are. If you order online your order will be available by the time it states. They are honest with their times and doesn’t say the typical 15-29 min on every order like other restaurants. For example, They had an issue with their oven and had to get bread elsewhere from other stores. When I ordered online I was quoted 40 minutes as they were getting bread but it was right on time.

Just a great experience, the staff was truly a kind and caring staff, that makes the whole day. Each of them were pleasant and very helpful. The food was amazing and was and is great. I highly recommend you try this location out if your in town or passing through.

Specificity asked for no peppers they werent busy at all and literally no one in the store and can’t listen to one simple instruction I’ve also ordered online several times and same thing can’t listen to simple instructions it’s not hard to make a sandwich and look at a screen or receipt and read what it does and doesn’t have on it litteraly more then half the sandwich had peppers on it
