Jersey Mike's Subs

In order of what I noticed. Ordering on the app 2/5 ⭐️because it was cluttered with aggressive NFL marketing, but the real hit is that you can’t order any fixings on the app other than extras that cost. The restaurant: 2/5⭐️ because of the smell and stickiness of the tables. Service: 4/5 ⭐️. They were helpful and courteous Music was also nice. Food was great

Solid 4-star sub. Fast, fresh, hit the spot. Staff was also super nice. $10ish for a regular sub.

I ordered a Hot Buffalo Chicken Cheese Steak Sub. 1.) It was a hot sub, but the meat inside was cold. 2.) The bread wasn't toasted at all; it was very flimsy. It looks like they just slapped meat and cheese on a roll (they forgot the lettuce and tomato) and warmed it in a microwave. I’ve had mixed results at this location but this time was very disappointing. No longer ordering subs from this location.

Tonight I went in and ordered 2 subs. Both were supposed to have extra meat. Now the order i placed is one that I order at other Jersey Mike's all the time and I know how they should come. Normally I order with steak and chicken on the same sub but lately they say they can't because of cross contamination. I understand that except the guy making my order cooked both steak and chicken at the same time, and even put the steak where the chicken was on the grill. When my order was done I asked if both had double meat because I watched him cook it and he said yes. When I got home an opened my order, neither had extra meat and the bread was falling apart and the bacon was halfway done. This is not the first time ive had this experience at this location. I adore this location, they always get my order straight. The young lady, Z, she makes a nice n neat sandwhich! Which is perfect for when im on my lunch break and can't make too much of a mess with all those juices. 😅
