Ordered delivery and everything was made exactly how I asked—no missing toppings, no mistakes. The club sub on rosemary parm was fresh, perfectly dressed, and honestly one of the best sandwiches I’ve had in a long time. Even after delivery, the bread and toppings were spot-on. Super impressed with the accuracy and quality. Will definitely order again.

Ordered giant sub ordered plain no veggies paid extra for a giant got home after picking it up only to find it was full of everything I didn’t want on it. Very over priced for what I received. I couldn’t even eat it. Called to ask for my money back they said best they could do was a few coupons for a few bucks off your next order. I don’t know how long that will be. It’s not high end anymore like it was guess I will find another sub place to go.

The current staff are awesome. I had a very very picky online order with 6 sandwiches. Everything came out perfect, and the artist who drew a goose on my daughter's sandwich bag is awesome. 11/25/2025. Amazing crew.

Fast and fresh. The staff is welcoming and very intentional in their efforts to provide stellar customer service. I'm only Neenah 3 times a year, but this is my preferred stop. This may be the best chain sub shop!

I ordered over 20 sandwiches online within the last hour before they closed and the two guys that were working in their did a fantastic job keeping it well-organized and didn't miss a beat.
