Jersey Mike's Subs

Ordered a sub on 12/31/2025. The bread was so bad, old and a weird chewy texture that I threw the sub away. I travel the area for work and visit different Jersey Mikes locations once a week and never have had this issue. Anyhow, I filled out the online complaint form which said that the franchise owner would contact me. It’s now 2 weeks later and no one has contacted me. The owner of this location doesn’t care, just look at their rating. Thanks for the $11 sub that now lies at the bottom of a garbage can. ****UPDATE**** They reached out to me 6 days ago with a standard message that said they will get in touch… OK, if I held my breath, well you know the rest… I’ve eaten at other locations since I reviewed this one a month ago, in Elizabethton, Kingsport and Jefferson City. For just recently opening this Jersey Mikes location is ON POINT. You can tell the new hires are being trained properly, but be patient with them as they are learning - everyone deserves that. As always, the perfect sub 👌 Clean location, well designed.

Didn't even make it to the sidewalk of the business before being treated rudely. There are two doors to the shop. I didn't even make it to one of em before the kid behind the counter started pointing angrily at the second door. I assume the other one was locked, never made it to it. I go through the 2nd door he was pointing to upon entering the restaurant, he just shook his head at me as if to be saying I was too dumb to figure out which door to go through. This was my first experience of this store. It makes sense that this store has a 3.3 on here. Called em to let em know what had happened and found out he is the assistant to the manager I spoke with. Lol. Please do better. Absolutely unexceptable. Was so frustrated I didnt even want to eat. Again what a first impression of the business

Jesus is the best! Him and his crew make my sub delicious and fast every time! Very nice and welcoming store! Don’t pay attention to the bad reviews. Every time I go there I’m always greeted and treated right! Keep up the good work guys! 🫶

Was ignored upon entering Morristown location… Jefferson City location always greets their guests. Was told when acknowledged that it would be 5 minutes that reasonable. Especially with it being a new store however the individual taking orders continued to walk around not doing much. After waiting the 5 minutes I was advised they finally took my order I then waited another 20 minutes even after people entering after me were served. Was given one sandwich the hot sub I ordered I asked for my kids meal and she states you already was given that when checking out which was incorrect to conclude i truly think individuals need better customer service skills and able to communicate with what is happening.
