Jersey Mike's Subs

Location is hit or miss. We always get the #56 and ask to add lettuce and tomatoes. Last few times there has hardly been any meat so we started ordering with extra meat. Just got home and unwrapped the sub. Missing toppings on half of sub. Disappointing to pay $27 (prior to tip) for a sub for it to not even be made correctly

Ordered 2 sandwiches, asked 3 times which one was which and staff had no idea. I don't like to open other peoples food, so I delivered them to coworkers. One of the sandwiches is completely wrong. Called location, no Answer and no answering machine. Do NOT Recommend lunch from here!!

My husband and I has always been ordering Jersey Mikes and never had this kind of issue everywhere we went. We went to Jersey Mikes in Bridgeville, Homestead, even Chicago and the customer service as well as the food has always been amazing. However today, literally just a minutes ago. We decided to ordered subs via the apps in this place since it is the closest place from our house. I choose no onions and even add the note “Please make sure the onions doesn’t mixed on my lettuce, thank you” as they did before. But instead, they ADD TONS OF ONIONS for my subs. This is just them being jerks! We called them nicely and told them the order has an onion and we would like a refund because we are not driving 17-20mins to the store again. Been here twice so far since they opened and is quickly becoming my favorite sub place. Tasty subs and good service!

I tried my first sub here, which I like and kept coming to the same store, unfortunately the staff are different this time, these new ones are not polite even if when you tip them.
