Delicious sandwiches, made fresh with great ingredients! Friendly and helpful staff. Eat here often, inside and mostly pickup. Forget to take pictures most of the time but it’s excellent!

2/8/26 Don't know the guys name but he was just cutting the meat&cheese & today. Really killed the vibe of the place. As I wait to be greeted he stares at me blankly for a solid 60 seconds before saying "what do you want". Then proceeds to boss the young lady around to dress the order which she clearly was already working on something else so he can stand by his meat fridge. I wish yall had name tags. Food was great as always. But may need some cx service training with that one.

Have placed orders several times and have always been satisfied. Last night 8/1 we placed an order, my husband picked it up. He got home to find a sub missing from our order, I called the store to let them know that we where missing a sub and the guy on the phone was laughing like there was something funny about my husband having to come back to the store to pick up the missing sub. My husband then arrived back at the store to pick up said missing sub. And the two employees were laughing they thought it was comical that the sub was not put with the order and my husband let them know that there was nothing funny about this what so ever.Absolutely disgusting behavior and very awful customer care. Not to mention there was oil all over the outside of my sub which made the bread extremely wet a

Went in on today Wednesday at 11:15am, tried to order the new chicken salad sandwich, was told that they had not made any of the chicken salad, I would have to choose something else… Decided to order a different sandwich, Proceeded to wait over 20 minutes for my sandwich, The store was piling up with people that were also waiting. I requested a refund and left along with many other people. Definitely a store I recommend not going to, very unorganized with no leadership present. I would love to have a call from the manager.

Someone needs to take a hard look at this hot mess. My experience yesterday was a train wreck. The counter help needs to be evaluated and changed…..a little uncomfortable to say the least. Since I had 30 minutes to wait on three sandwiches I watched people standing around unhappy,confused, and uncomfortable by the counter help. Even this morning I wonder how 45 bucks for three sandwiches could be right…..and don’t forget the tip. I try not to be too hard on a new business knowing someone has dumped a ton of time and money into it but whoever that is needs to hit the reset button. And the lunch was fair but not 45 bucks for three regular sandwiches with a drink and chips good.
