Went to pick up lunch today for my coworkers and I. There was a small issue where there was bacon on one of the sandwiches. (Coworker can’t eat pork) I called up and they made it right with no issue. They went above and beyond to make sure we were happy even issuing a refund. Extremely satisfied with this store. I will definitely return. Thanks you staff
Tonight I went to my local Jersey Mike's in Mohegan Lake and was pleased with the new change! Lorenzo and Aiken along with the other staff were kind, courteous, and friendly. They had the place packed with customers and took care of ALL OF US! I'm so happy they came here from Yonkers to Mohegan Lake store. Their positive attitude is amazing! I WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK! NEW FAVORITE CUSTOMERS SHAI
Thank yooouuuu guys soooooo much! Matt made both of my sandwiches for me & they were both equally delicious ! Edwin, Chris & Brandon was so great with customer service while Lorenzo exuded excellent leadership skills with his team! The guys were all fantastic and very professional, sweet & funny! Would definitely recommend 🫶🏽😌
This location opened yesterday, was still packed today. I ordered a mini Italian sub and regular The Big Kahuna Chicken. The chicken sandwich was very good! I would order again.
