Jersey Mike's Subs

Great food and outstanding customer service. Not all sub shops are the same. I'm 62 and have been to hundreds of restaurants and sub shops across the country and it's rare to find a place where the food and customer service are top notch. I rarely write reviews but this experience warranted one. Great job!

This is the Chicken Philly in a bowl to go. Looks pretty weak, the majority of the cheese isn't melted on the chicken. I had to scrape the cheese off the bottom of the bowl and reheat it. This is not a good look Jersey Mike's.

Very poor customer service . Left my improperly made sandwich on the counter. Try cleaning the counter in between customers. The place was filthy. The staff were rude and unwelcoming. Don’t waste your money here. Go down to Jimmys where you get treated like a person.

Well I gave this location a try today and like most all Jersey Mike's location's the staff was friendly, store was clean and great tasting steak/cheese sub as always!
