Jersey Mike's Subs

I have a wonderful experience each week when I order school lunches from this location. Luis and the rest of the staff here are so nice, welcoming and pleasant to deal with. Every time I walk in I am greeted with a smile and a “Good morning Tara” and a “Have a great day” when I leave! My orders are always done, ready and waiting for me on time! I will keep coming back each week! I highly recommend this location!! Thank you to the whole staff here!

First time trying this location I tried calling the store but couldn’t get through… I don’t like leaving negative remarks.. I’m always disappointed When I get ripped off in this case with the amount of meat they sliced for a $22 “giant” #8 which consisted of just one slice/ layer turkey and salami (instead of ham).. I should’ve realized when standing there, but the guys hard at work I didn’t pay much attention to the skimp job. I think they should tell you regular sandwich gets one to two slices of meat But I never experience this with any other jersey Mike’s. Shout out to Howell and freehold.!!

Sadly this location seems to have become the “Subway” of the franchise’s. The last few times going in, the subs have been extremely light on meats and cheese. My wife brought home some subs recently and there was more bread than anything. I’m taking my business elsewhere, especially for what they charge. I hate leaving bad reviews but this wasn’t a one time occurrence since I gave them multiple chances.

Places a mobile order with a group of people. When we got there the orders were not ready. They all got there orders and mine still was not ready. They then saw my order and decided to start other orders. Someone else with me orders cheesesteak and his was cooked and ready and they still did not even start my order. Never again

Jersey Mikes is always my favorite sandwich place! They are a model of consistency in all of their locations, and their employee training is incredible. There is never a long wait for a sandwich regardless of how long the line might seem.
