Ty'Junia, Jorel & Duncan made my experience at this Jersey Mike's AAAAAAAAAMMMAZING 🫶🏾 Great service, Restaurant was clean and my sandwich was Outstanding. Jersey Mike's is my favorite sub shop and they didn't disappoint! Coming from a background of general management for several companies I would say I can definitely see management in Ty'Junia future!

Horrible customer service i have a dairy allergy they wouldn't clean the tools or cheese/meat grater. I ordered a club without cheese. They wrapped my sandwich and then forgot bacon and jist threw it in the samwhich only because I told them and it took 15 min to make sandwich. Only 6 customers..... back to subway this is ridiculous. Also asked for salt and pepper on the sandwich . She told me pepper is over by the drinks. Like im paying you to make the sandwich. You need to fix that issue not me

Placed an online order around 7:18 and received confirmation that it would be ready at 7:44. Didn't get there until 8:06 and the order hadn't even been made. 2 employees basically having a personal conversation. Another customer, visibly upset, waiting as well. And on top of all of that, a 3rd employee comes out the restroom adjusting his pants, which CLEARLY says he didn't wash his hands. NEVER AGAIN... I'M GOOD...

I was very happy with the service at this location. The staff made sure my gluten-free sandwich was made appropriately and right before closing last night. The facility was clean, the food was delicious, and the staff was kind.

Took 40 minutes to get my online order done, had to show up to even get it started at all. Someone placed theirs 20 mins after mine and still got it before me. Worst experience by Jersey Mikes staff. I only have a tight window to get my food and get out so I can get back before lunch is over but this is crap. Do better it’s not that hard.
