Jersey Mike's Subs

I was there at 6:40 pm prime dinner time and we have our favorite sandwich. I was ordering to go, but there were about 5-6 orders on the table in front of mine. It appeared they were online orders. I was ignored for nearly 10 minutes while waiting for those orders to be filled yet only one person had arrived to get their order. Finally they’d cleared the work station to take my order and it went smoothly. I just felt put out that they were rushing to create orders for people who weren’t present. They must have had 4 people attending yet only one was creating sandwiches. The line of people waiting to have sandwiches made kept growing behind me. We will come back, but perhaps not at this time of day!

Was standing at the pick up counter to get my food (with a baby on my hip) and I was patiently waiting because someone was in front of me picking up his order. Then in comes a white woman (I’d been standing there for about 3 mins atp) and the worker that was helping the man in front of me stops and asks her if she needed help. Mind you, I was there.. waiting.. with a baby on my hip. I said “excuse me, I was here first” then another worker (female) says “oh I’m sorry, he probably didn’t see you” HE SAW ME! Im black, with a baby on my hip, HE SAW ME. plus I was standing right beside the white male he was helping. HE SAW ME! racism is everywhere and it’s such a ugly shame. I spend too much damn money here to of been treated like I was non existent. Pissed me the hell off.

If you want a good sub with great service this is the place for you. The staff know exactly what they’re doing and treat their customers with upmost respect. I highly recommend this establishment!

The bread to meat ration/proportions is a little embarrassing. This is a club, so ham AND turkey, and cheese. . . This is a sad sad sandwich.

Quite expensive for what you get. $10 for regular submarine sandwich. Incredibly slow to get your meal. Atmosphere is decent. All in all, I don’t plan on coming back. You can get more for your money elsewhere. You’ll pay a lot of money for bread, vegetables, a few pieces of meat, and cheese.
