Jersey Mike's Subs

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Checked out this newly opened Jersey Mike’s and it already feels like a neighborhood spot. The store was busy but well organized, with fresh subs made to order and a smooth pickup process. I ordered a full meal with a drink and dessert, left a tip, and still came in under $20 — which is impressive for the quality and portion size. I also signed up for the rewards program and earned points toward future free subs. What really stood out, though, was the staff — they take the time to learn your name and clearly recognize regulars, which isn’t something you see everywhere anymore. Great food, great value, and genuinely friendly service. This place is off to a strong start.

If you are going to order at this location, do it in person not using the app I had to wait not a long time but about 17 minutes mind you when I walked into the store. They were only a few people in line but then more people came in, and I sat waiting patiently for my order when other people started coming in picking up app orders and would go to the counter and let them know they were there. I guess they would make the order then, but I was waiting to see if they would ever call my name for the order to be ready or place it in the stage in area for pick up, but I had to go to the counter and ask for it. Very disappointing. I thought the whole meaning behind ordering on the app is so you can get it when you get there not wait until every customer that orders after you gets their food and l

I'm very excited to have this new location nearby. I went in to day during lunch time and all of the staff members that I interacted with were so friendly and helpful. The gentleman who took my order said today was his first day as a shift lead and he was doing an incredible job. He was welcoming and took care in everyone's orders. Thank you for the wonderful first experience and happy to have you here in town!

I had a great experience! The staff was kind and efficient. Their ingredients were fresh and my sandwich tasted great. Highly recommend checking them out.
