Jersey Mike's Subs

Today was my first time visiting this location and it was the best experience I’ve had at Jersey Mike’s by far! The girl that made my sandwich was super sweet and made sure she knew exactly what I wanted while making it, even during a rush!! I will definitely be going out of my way just to visit this Jersey Mike’s every time, shout out to the girl that made this beautiful sub I wish I had asked for her name!! ❤️

We both had the steak n cheese. She added lettuce, tomatoes, mayo. I kept it with the peppers and onions only. Both were delicious. Only downside, we asked for plastic utensils, which they said they did not have. Second time here and the subs have been on point both times. Will return.

I went in for the first time today and the service & food was excellent. Special shoutout to Angie who comped my meal, without even knowing I was having a rough day & that made it better. It’s the little things! Highly recommend!

Food, someone took me order before I showed up even though I was 5 minutes early. Then waited an extra 30 minutes to get my sub only for it to be wrong. Service, couldn't stopp yelling at each other long enough to get a cohesive order for any of the customers I saw there. Atmosphere, loud, messy, and just downright unpleasant.

First, love the subs. They’re awesome. The dissatisfaction, the preorder service. When anyone orders 45 minutes in advance of the pickup, we expect the order to be ready. When I walked in the door the attendant asked for my name. Guess what? The order hadn’t even been started . That’s an issue. Not hoppy about it. Don’t have any preorder if the staff can’t meet the pick up time.
