Jersey Mike's Subs

Ordered sandwiches online 45 minutes before I was scheduled to pick them up got there they weren’t ready yet. They hadn’t even started on them. Said it would take just a couple of minutes. We waited for 20 minutes. Still hadn’t started on the sandwiches so we left and came back another 45 minutes later and they were finally done an hour and a half after the scheduled pick up time. . We had asked whether or not it was going to take longer than 10 minutes and if so, we wanted a refund they said no it would only take about five minutes. Great food, but we won’t be back. This is the third time this has happened to us.

Everyone tells me how they love Jersey mike's. So on recent trip to Costco next door we decided to give it a try. First let me say the service was fabulous. However, I had the regular Classic Italian and I could have made it myself at home, nothing special. My husband had the regular Chicken Philly. There was so much cheese you couldn't taste the chicken or veggies. On the upside, his came out pipping hot which was a plus.

Been here several times since opening! Today's order was through the app! Super easy to use! I was early for my order so waited a short! All the staff is very friendly & my order was accurate! They have gluten-free bread that is perfect for their sandwiches! Best sandwich shop ever(each meat & cheese is cut fresh for each sandwich! Amazing!) ! Must try multiple times to find your favorite, or two, or three! This time I had the chicken bacon ranch #26 on gluten-free bread, my new favorite!!! The other order is on reg bread, the original Italian #13. Yummy stop for pick up or eat in! 😋

Really great food. Recommend the steak Philly they grill the meat, onions, peppers together. Love it. And Chicken bacon ranch.. However the order set up needs improvement, along with keeping the fountain pop changed. Our order taker was great, but I didn't like the person telling us to cut to the front to pay and people yell at us cuz we cut in line. 🤔

This sub restraunt puts all the other big chain sub shops to shame. The deli meats are cut fresh and have better flavor than all the others. The location is clean and staff is excellent. Their points program is definitely a plus for discounts on price.
