Jersey Mike's Subs

This establishment has disappointingly transitioned from a 5-star to a 2-star experience for me today. I've never encountered any issues here until today. Jersey Mike's had consistently met my expectations as a loyal customer. I requested my sandwich with modifications, which I always do. Unfortunately, the staff failed to listen and omitted the correct toppings. The sandwich was unacceptably flat, lacking sufficient chicken and other ingredients. I ordered a Chicken Bacon Ranch Wrap with specific instructions: extra cooked chicken with onions, no ranch, no tomatoes, and added banana peppers, salt, pepper, oil, and light lettuce afterwards. Regrettably, they heated the banana peppers, omitted the onions and lettuce, and seemingly forgot the bacon. Lol! I did, however, acknowledge the a

I ordered the number three and this is how much meat they gave me. I have never had such a small amount of meat on my sandwich from here before- I am disappointed. For charging me $10 just for it I’m pretty upset this is what I got

I have been there now the first three times was 5 stars and the food was Great and friendly people. But the last two times was not good food cheap on the meat and cheese. Didn't ask me what dressing I wanted just start putting on the oil vinegrete and lucky it's what I wanted. But I don't know if I'll try it out again. I go down around 4 to 6 night shift is on so maybe 🤔 changes. But it's me talking but I have owned a few restaurants and deli and bakery I should know good food and service.

Best sandwiches around. Pay a little bit more for A LOT more quality. Great bread, meats, cheese, etc. Staff is always super friendly and always takes great care to put my lettuce and juice on the side since I drive so far to get my Jersey Mikes! I come every Saturday!

OMG! What can I say about Jersey Mike's! The best damn sandwiches, not only here in Joplin, but every Jersey Mike's you go to wherever a Jersey Mike's exists in the United States! Our favorite is the Original Italian MIKE'S WAY! Love you guys!!!!
