Jersey Mike's Subs

Came in today to order a sub, and the young gentleman behind the counter was so helpful and sweet! Didn’t catch his name but he had braces! Made me feel so welcome. Will definitely be returning

Always a great team effort, great service. Love that about this sandwich place. Shift manager, I'm thinking the bearded guy in the red shirt seems to be a really good manager, employees respond well and work as a team. Oh yeah, the food is fresh and delicious.

Jersey mike's is always a great place to get a good, fresh sub! The only complaint I have about this location is that it seems their oven is turned up too high. I got a sub on rosemary bread today, and it was almost hard as a rock on the outside and looked overdone. It was very tough and chewy while trying to eat the sub. At other locations the bread doesn't look this dark brown. Hopefully they can improve on that in the future. Otherwise the sub would have been fantastic.

2nd time at this location. First time 2 years ago. They had such rude customer service. But today I was in Irving and decided to give another try. They were busy. 4 customers in line and they were trying to fill online orders. Very messy. Messy counter. Messy food boards. Not dirty just Messy. Even the meat slicer. They had people showing up to pick up orders and they were not complete. One person adding toppings to the sandwiches did not speak English so you had to pint to the toppings you wanted or if you wanted mayo. The sandwich is good. I love Jersey Mike's. But this location is 100percent disaster.
