Jersey Mike's Subs

Ordered online was ready when I got there. Staff was friendly and polite. Food was very good. Got BLT bacon crisp. Will take a picture next time. Was to good to stop and take one lol. Ordered again and was perfect. Here is pics this time

Jersey Mikes in general is amazing but this location takes it to a whole new level Awesome atmosphere, super friendly staff and great great subs. So glad you came to inwood!!

The subs are awesome. Wonderfully put together how a sub should be. And this same sub over at the new Jimmy John’s barely has meat on it. So this Jersey Mike’s is doing it right!

Initially I wanted to give a 1 star review, but am trying to be extremely understanding and empathic given it is the Holiday season, and places are super busy. However, the lack of coordination and management at this location is heartbreaking to see considering all of the Jersey Mikes locations I have been to are always so kind and coordinated. I placed a mobile order at 7:32pm for pick up at the Inwood Jersey Mikes. I ordered 2 Large subs. By the time I left the location, with subs in hand, it was 9pm. Let me explain.. When i first arrived to pick up my mobile order, it was around 8ish and I was informed that they were completely out of bread and in the process of making more. I was quoted a 30 minute wait. I accepted this, and left to go to a relatives house right down the road to waste

We have been eating at the Jersey Mike's in Martinsburg for years. It's fantastic. Our experiences at the new Inwood location have been very disappointing. Tonight we picked up a to go order for family dinner, and 2 of the 4 subs did not have the add ons that we paid for. We were ignored by the staff when we came in to pick it up. During the wait we witnessed a lack of care in sandwich preparation that made us not want to patronize this location again. Definitely not worth the convenience of being closer to home. I will drive the extra distance to get a quality sub in Martinsburg
