Jersey Mike's Subs

I have a very serious food allergy and they always go above and beyond to make such the work space is 100% clean before they make my sandwich which I’ve never seen a fast food place do in my life. The staff are super friendly and helpful.

The female who has the nose ring and glasses has awful customer service. If she can’t be respectful to customers and wants to be that way then she shouldn’t be working in customer service. The staff used to be good. The owner shouldn’t hire anyone like that.

I stopped into Mike’s in Jersey 5 minutes before closing. The sign was still lit up saying “Open,” and there were still people sitting inside. When I asked what time they closed, the staff told me “we’re closed.” I asked again and they said “9.” They looked at their watch, saw it wasn’t 9 yet, and still repeated “we’re closed.” Refusing to serve a customer before posted closing time, while others are still sitting there, is completely unacceptable. Very unprofessional and disappointing.

Kate was extremely busy - but still took the time to make us a phenomenal giant Italian. Excellent customer service.

I remember I used to go to Jersey Mike’s and they’re sandwiches would be jam packed with meats and cheeses and vegetables. Now it’s actually turning into another version of Subway. Jacking up prices and not giving you any benefits to their sandwiches anymore in other words, they’re cutting back on their products given you just a bare minimum. This has happened multiple times in the last six months. I’m gonna have to stop going there. It’s not worth the money.
