Jersey Mike's Subs

I'm normally a Jimmy Johns guy but we stopped at this Jersey Mike's recently for lunch and it was very delicious. I got the Italian sub and the regular size was larger than I thought it would be. It had a ton of meat on it and the bread was very soft. Two sandwiches, drinks, and chips cost me about $30 which is roughly what it is at Jimmy Johns too but I felt our sandwiches at Jersey Mike's were a little larger. The restaurant was clean and the two employees inside were very polite. We got our sandwiches in maybe two minutes after ordering.

I had a sandwich missing from my delivery order. After calling in the missing sandwich, I was told that it would be made again but I'd have to come and pick it up or accept a refund for just the sandwich. That defeats the purpose of the delivery order. There is not a manager on site that I can deal with to resolve this issue until monday. I paid over $80 with the delivery tip. I find this to be utterly ridiculous for customer care.

Placed an order for delivery, they didn't send everything! In order to get missing items, we were told we had to go get it. Asked for a refund on the delivery or the food, and they refused. Asked for manager and was told not on duty. Would not state when the manger would be available. Very rude person. Finally stated to call on Monday.

Really nice place clean, employees seem to follow all covid protocols. You can't eat in there yet place You're ordering go. I always get the number 17 steak and cheese onions and peppers on regular white bread really good sandwich. Great customer service thanks guys

I love trying new places. With Jersey Mike's springing up all over, it was definitely on the list of places to try. It was Mother's Day and we were looking for something fast as we were traveling between venues, but didn't want the typical fast food aka McDonalds, Subway, etc. We saw Jersey Mike's and decided this was the time. I got the Chicken Chipotle and it was delicious. For anyone thinking this is like Jimmy John's or Subway, absolutely not. I tried Jimmy John's once and would never go back. I will definitely eat at Jersey Mike's again. I rated 4 stars rather than 5 as it is pricey.
