Jersey Mike's Subs

Today my mother and I stopped by Jimmy John’s, for the first time, after shopping at the crossroads center for lunch. Upon entering we went to the sign that said “order here” we stood there for 10 mins while an employee was speaking to a friend that was ordering. No big deal. It’s lunch time and stopping to talk is okay, except for when it affects your customers. After said employee was done speaking she promptly ignored us and our order was taken by another lady, who was very nice, we put our order in and again the employee was speaking with her friend. We had to go to the front, grab her attention then pay, while paying she was very rude and acted like we had interrupted a very important conversation, not speaking at all and simply just pointing to a screen. Jersey Mike’s has been a staple in my family for more than 25 years, which is exactly why this experience was so disappointing. This location was, without exaggeration, the worst Jersey Mike’s I have ever visited. The moment I walked in, the environment felt chaotic and unprofessional. Several employees were gathered in the back laughing, joking, and talking loudly while customers stood at the counter unattended. There was no greeting, no acknowledgment, and no one directing customers on how to pick up or place orders. I had to stand there and then be told — after the fact — that I was supposed to announce myself to pick up my order, despite no signage or staff being available to guide me. The front counter was cluttered, including an entire POS system that appeared to be out of order. T

If you go in and order, it'll be a good experience. However, you can't place an online order here because they dont take the time to read it. Also, I overheard two of the employees inside state that they have not been busy at all today.

Ordered a #56 (Big Kahuna Cheesesteak) on white bread with lettuce and tomato which understandably should take longer than my wife’s #8 (Club Sub). After waiting, I found that my #56 had been forgotten. The young man began my sandwich but when he told me he had to add more chicken, I asked if he was making a #56. He apologized and began remaking my sandwich. As he began wrapping up my sandwich, I reminded him that he had not added lettuce and tomato. He unwrapped it and added it. When I got back to my seat and unwrapped my sandwich, I saw it had been made with rosemary bread. The young man asked if I wanted it remade and I decided “no” since my wife was finished with her sandwich by this time. 11-19-25... 3rd time, coming... we decided to use pick up, the little girl with a star on her face was still working there... we grabbed our stuff but she tried to give us 8 drink cups instead of 4, that we ordered... countertops were dirty... the dinning room was filthy... nothing going to change... wonder who owns this? 11/01/25...Here we are, again... coming into a filthy countertops, filthy floors at 3 p.m. in the afternoon.
