Jersey Mike's Subs

Ordered on the app for pickup. Arrived and got in the line for pickup orders. There were two people in front of me and about 5-6 people in line for ordering. I get it, it's busy, so I waited. After 10 minutes of no acknowledgement in the pickup line, I get in the ordering line. At this point, everyone that was there when I arrived have gotten their food and left. "I have an online order for pickup" their response was "pickup is over there". Yeah I just waited for 10 minutes and nobody said anything. I tell them my name and there is no order. They check the computer and there it is. They made it in a rush. I ordered double meat and there most definitely was not double meat. Bread was a bit on the harder side. Definitely was sitting around for a while and no Rosemary bread available. Otherwise great sandwiches and decent customer service. Kinda short staffed and slightly overworked, yet were pleasant and professional.

I just got the most disgusting sub from Jersey Mike's in Glenmont, NY I ordered a tuna sub, and when I got home, you would think I ordered a TUNA SOUP sub. It was disgusting to say the least. I tried to eat it, but it was not good and I would not of servwd it to a wild animal. I do not blame the workers, because I doubt they made the tuna. It is a shame, because I really like the place. It will be a while before I go back

Ordered 3 sandwiches on mobile app which stated it would be ready in 15 minutes. I got to the store in 30 minutes because it was Friday night and they are never ready in time. The line for the mobile orders was 6 people deep. The 3 employees working behind the counter were screaming at each other like 8 year old kids and arguing about everything. I knew I was in trouble. I had to wait an additional 50 minutes, yes, 50 minutes! I was afraid to eat my food when I got home due to the immaturity of what was going on behind the counter. Corporate needs to know about this store and how poor it was run. Never again will I order from this store and Jersey Mikes owes me for an extra 50 of my time that I will never get back. Staff very nice and impressive under pressure with a fundraiser!! Ordering ahead with their app is a great choice. Appears very clean, easy layout. Subs were a great variety in choices and sizes. Gluten free bread is very good for a sub roll!! The tuna is yummy. Meats look very fresh. Veggies crisp too, but I really wish they offered more vegetables choices. Subway will always have them best here. Less pickled vegetables and more really vegetables. Kudo's to the staff!!
