Ok let me start off with saying I LOVE when I place an order and the employee actually listens! I always order at the Ritchie Rd location via Uber eats or Door Dash. I always call them immediately after placing the order because I request for my toppings (mayo, lettuce, tomato and onion) to be put on the side. They always accommodate me and it's the reason why I feel comfortable placing an order here. I cannot stand a soggy sandwich. I don't like lettuce, but I will tolerate it on a sandwich I'm eating immediately. I just placed an order (745 pm) and a guy name Zamir (I told him I would probably misspell his name) and he went above and beyond for me. Told me that he would make my sandwich personally. Customer service is everything and great customer service is even better! Great sandwiche

Lindsey & Raheem, this review is for you all. I stopped by a few days ago with my mom and although she took offense to Lindsey and how fast she was moving and the sarcastic tone Lindsey used, I on the other hand, appreciated it. Lindsey was the most efficient person I ever seen work the line. It was at least 10 of us in line and I mean she greeted us all as we walked through the door. Asked us what we wanted and on what type of bread and got busy. She sliced the meat and had the bread laid out ready to go. My mom wanted to change her bread to Rosemary after Lindsey asked if she wanted white and placed it on white bread. It had to be at least 8 sandwiches on the line and we were dead smack in the middle. I was surprised she remembered which sandwich to grab after they all were covered with

Staff was very polite and professional. I'm so glad the good was also amazing. I just recently moved back to the area after 10 years. I love having a good cheese steak/sub spot close by. This place did not disappoint. I highly recommend this location.

The #7, turkey and provolone was outstanding! Just the right amount of toppings. Finger licking good! The service was excellent. I have hearing problems and the staff was kind about me asking them to repeat their selves. They were courteous and greeted me and thanked me on my way out. Nice to see young men being polite.

Very unsanitary. Managers allow pets (non service animals) to be in the restaurant while all food is uncovered. I complained about the issue while it was happening and nothing was done about it. Seems like we can just make Jersey Mikes a dog park while we dine inside. I’ll be sure to start a dog walk meet up inside Jersey mikes.
