Hair in sub!!! And the worker didn’t change gloves after coming from the back! Apprx 7:30 PM 10/22/25 Absolutely done with this Kentlands’s location!! Second bad experience!!!

I ordered a Classic Italian, regular size. It was good, but hard to say that it's better than an equivalent sandwich at competing chains. They have a nice atmosphere, and the food seems like it might be a little fresher. I knocked down a star for only offering Pepsi. They need to offer Coke! I marked down another because they neglected to fill my sandwich to the end (on multiple sandwiches). I'm not ordering a baguette...

Mathew was super upbeat and kind. Helped me get my order together even tho it was a bit complex. Appreciate the good service.

Every time I visit this Jersey Mike’s, I’m impressed. Even during the lunch rush, the staff are focused, the place is spotless, and my order is always right.( it’s been wrong once but the manager fixed it asap). The manager deserves credit for building such a strong team you can see their leadership in the way employees work hard and treat customers well. This is the kind of consistency that keeps me coming back.

I had such a great experience at this location. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and worked quickly even during a busy rush. The restaurant was clean and organized, and you could tell the team took pride in their work. My sandwich was fresh, made exactly how I ordered it, and tasted amazing you can really taste the quality in every bite. It’s nice to see employees who care about customer service and make the whole experience enjoyable. Definitely my go-to spot whenever I’m craving a good sub!
