Jersey Mike's Subs

Excellent experience at this location. The three young men on this shift were courteous and focused on making the order right. The sandwich quality and quantity met my expectations. Mgmt: Give raise, copy/paste this team 24/7.

It was my first time at Jersey Mike's, getting sandwiches for our kids white we're visiting. Not super fast in preparing the sandwiches, and we had 2 clubs but didn't get bacon on either one! The lettuce was very wet and made the bottom half of the sandwich pretty soggy. Tasty sandwiches, nice that they cut everything right there, but kind of ordinary taste.

Ordered 4 sandwiches at Gainesville , Virginia location. This was take out. When I started eating, I bit something hard. It was a staple or piece of metal. I contacted the store twice with a photo and complained. They have never responded. This could have caused serious health issues. I will never visit any of their locations again. Jersey Mikes contacted me saying I would receive some sort of coupons. Three weeks later Nothing and no contact. I didn't want their discounts after almost eating a staple or piece or metal.

This is the second time in three days that I've stopped here for a sandwich. Actually it's several sandwiches for myself and my family. Their food is excellent, and their service is great. I'd reccomend the Steak and cheese!

Giving 2 stars because I told the guy Mike's way with extra mayo and he gave NO MAYO so my sandwich was dry. And I was given no napkins. I understand that places can get busy but don't rush because you are trying to get to another customer.
