Jersey Mike's Subs

I visited here on February 5 and the two gentlemen taking care of me Allan and Alex were absolutely outstanding. Their level of hospitality, care, and cleanliness exuded throughout the entire interaction from the second I stepped in the door to the second I left. I visit a lot of Jersey Mike’s locations in my travels, and this one was by far hands-down the best customer service, the best value and the best tasting. These gentlemen deserve their flowers. Kudos

First time ever going to JM's was this location. This place is AWESOME. I've been going for a while, the energy is always great/fun. Always leaving with a smile!!! The guy in the picture keeps a positive attitude, as well as making bomb sandwiches. The whole staff deserves raises.

I ordered a box of subs online went to pick it up in Framingham just to find out it was actually in Maynard. 100% my fault I thought I ordered it under Framingham and I did not. The manager Allen was so nice and went above and beyond to fix MY mistake. He made all the subs right there for me, put the bacon on the side and the oil and vinegar on the side so it would t be soggy tomorrow. He called the Maynard store to let them know of the screw up. I feel bad. He didn’t charge me because I was already charged online at the Maynard location. Even though I’m pretty sure it was 100% my fault he did not make me feel like it was my fault. This Jersey Mike's. Inconsistent as heck. Used to go a lot it went down hill fast. Used to get steak n cheese but to many that came with a gallon of water dumped on them. So now it's onto turkey and provolone. Easy right? You'd think. Lettuce form last week, enough mayo to keep an egg farmer in business. I keep giving them the benefit of the doubt and keep trying. There isn't really anything else around for qucik, "easy" lunch. Some day I won't feel like I wasted $15. Tho with this review I probably won't ever be back.

Waited until what could be considered a one off became pretty consistent. I’m not sure if it’s due to being understaffed (3 employees), but pick up order will always be at least 15 minutes behind quoted time, no matter the day of week or time. Pick up orders sit on the counter next to the bag, not in the pick up window which really slows things down. Currently wait of 10 people in pick up line. L One person at counter, who just walked in already placing his order…. While after collecting my one sub, I saw it was sitting ready wrapped on the counter just needed a bag and cup….
