Jersey Mike's Subs

Go in for a roast beef and provolone. It had zero red to it at all so order a club instead. Mikes way. Didn’t watch the lady make the sandwich as I was paying to just keep the line moving and this is the absolute pathetic sandwich I get for $13. No lettuce tomato or onion. No oil and vinegar. 1 slice of turkey. 2 slices of ham. Absolutely pathetic. Threw the sandwich in the trash and went to diesels subs instead since I originally passed diesels and continued my way to jersey mikes. Waste of a drive to jersey mikes.

I’ve been a fan of Jersey Mike’s for as long as I can remember and today was my first time at the Lacey location and I’m sad to say I won’t be back. I ate most of my sandwich to find a long hair in the end of my sub. I went back and got a refund, but this is just a heads up to take a close look at your sandwiches when you eat from this location.

Food is always good and people are always friendly. Service was very fast. They have an organized system to keep things moving. Prices are a little high, but for a specialty store, its worth it.

I went to pick up a mobile order, one mini. I waited in line and was told to go to the register. I was then cut off by two other customers for pick up orders and the lady at the me register never looked at me. One customer tried to bring it to her attention and she said. “I’m helping you.” I could see my sandwich but just had to stand there and wait for this woman to rudely hand it to me. Being nice only benefits those around you. I am sick of the rudeness and inconsiderate behavior of others, especially staff.

The BEST subs on the Jersey Shore! Everything is always fresh, made to order and the order online and pickup is great! The staff is friendly and always happy to see you!
