Jersey Mike's Subs

I always like JM's, though I put 4 starts for food because I've always been predisposed to Firehouse Subs' greasier Italian sandwiches. Everything here is good, I would like bread that isn't so dry but if I'm getting a toasted/hot sub then it doesn't matter as much. A. MAZING. SERVICE. I'm just really impressed at how well staffed this location is and how courteous and attentive everyone is! Bathrooms were immaculate as well (pictured). Good time all around for a decent price.

The sandwiches were as good as always - we love a good Jersey Mike’s Italian sub, Mike’s way. The staff were nice but did seem a little disconnected - they were working hard though and we appreciated their efforts. The inside was very clean and not probably took about 10 minutes to get through a line of 5 people. We love Jersey Mike’s! Enjoy/disfruten! 💪🏽🔥 🥪😎

I ordered through the app and was delivered the wrong item. They quickly corrected it and saved the night! So sweet and kind of Mykal to personally remake the sandwich and deliver it!

The customer service was good. I think they were more focused on the call in orders. But they were very polite gentlemen. My only issue is my bread was so soggy when I got home. So I couldn’t stomach the wet sandwich. I had to toss it. I only live 5 minutes away. The pictures below show it.

Ordered a Chicken Philly from this location & while my food was good the Customer Service was lacking. There were 5 people working when I came in. I literally stood there for 1-2 mins. before my order was taken & there was not a single greeting. This is a big pet peeve when my money is concerned.
