Recently, I stopped in here for an Italian sub, and the staff quickly responded in attending me. I was impressed by the freshness of the bread, and all the toppings, which were extremely fresh and tasty. I was also impressed about how they asked about each topping that I wanted and when I requested extra oil and vinegar on the sub, they made sure I had exactly what I wanted. I was here when the store first opened on the first day, and I have to say that things have really come a long way from there and I am so pleased with all the changes. I will continue to come here as I am never disappointed. Bravo to all the staff for such a great job
Great location with great employees! We have ordered from here a lot since this location opened because we are now less than 5 minutes away. The subs are excellent, and then employees here make our day. I definitely plan on coming back here more in the future!
A few weeks back I ordered a club supreme with no cheese, I had to ask it to be remade after the employee put oil on which I didn’t ask for. Then I had to remind them I cannot have cheese so they had to pull off the cheese which wasn’t on the first sub they made. Then when I sat down to eat it had a wheat bread lid and a rosemary parmesan bottom. Had a couple more trips there with some great subs so I thought it was a fluke, but I completely lost my appetite and faith in this location with the hair in my sandwich. Hopefully some increased training for this somewhat new store will prevent these problems for others in the future.
Justin and Mason work together very well. I mentioned that my wife has a tomato allergy. They quickly changed their gloves and cleaned the area taking great care of making sure not to get any tomato near our sandwiches. They were working hard and it felt like they have pride in their work. Keep up the great work and see you again soon.
This was my first time trying Jersey Mike's. I heard about lot of hype about this chain, but upon trying it, I fail to see what it is all about. The selection was a bit limited and while what I ordered was okay, it was not anything special. Personally if I have a choice between Subway and this, I prefer Subway; not that I would call either gourmet sub shops. The bottomline is that if your hungry and your in the mood for a suband there are no other sub shops around, go for it.
