Jersey Mike's Subs

Stop ripping off your customers. I have been a loyal Jersey Mike's customer for years and I'm going to stopbecause you stiff your customers, ESPECIALLY those who order online/delivery. If someone is paying $20 for a giant roast beef sub, it shouldn't look like this. I also paid for double cheese which is definitely not on the sandwich. Edited to add: the area director contacted me right away to apologize and make it right. Also, the shift leader at the store tonight is a lovely young lady who was very helpful and polite. I've updated my scores to reflect.

Well, this was a disappointing greasy sandwich. Two and a half slices of ham… Are you running low on ham? It was also completely soaked in oil! I’m done with paying almost 12 bucks for a sandwich that looks like this.

I came in, was greeted well. Made my order paid and sit to the side to wait for my order. 17 minutes later they start on my order after 2 others came in behind me received theirs. All they do is stand in the back in a group chatting! Won't be back again.

Was quick and good service... make sure you voice the bread choice first hand... it is a little more expensive than most sub places ... cleanliness was on point... May your taste buds be met here ... The SmithClan

We consider ourselves to be loyal Jersey Mike’s customers. We had our giant sub delivered last night. I asked for the relish to be put on the side along with the oil and vinegar. We didn’t want a soggy sandwich, and I don’t eat the relish. Instead of making a new sandwich when they realized the mistake or at minimum, giving us fresh relish, the person who made our sandwich just scraped the relish and mayonnaise off and put it in a cup. When I called last night to speak with a manager, I was told that there wasn’t one there. Very disappointed in this shortcut, but grateful that I am not allergic to the relish since there was some left on the sandwich.
