Jersey Mike's Subs

I love Jersey Mikes. What I expect is good fresh food and good customer service. I'm very dissapointed as this is the worst experience I've had at a Jersey Mikes. Firstly, the order taker was pushy and rushing us. He asked if I wanted a regular or large size. I know I didn't want a 'Giant'. So when I heard large I thought that would be the size in between. I ended up paying for a giant which I didn't want. Employees should learn to use the terminology that the restaraunt uses as to not confuse patrons. I was then rushed down to the end and the cashier just stares at me. Usually I don't have to tell Jersey Mikes employees what I ordered. I told her then she angrily gestures with her finger and points to the pin pad. Shes also wearing a mask thats below her nose and lips, like what's the po

Fresh, tasty, fast, and affordable. The people were nice and friendly. Will stop by here each time I'm at Dulles.

My sandwich has no mayo super dry. My bread is cold. Hardly any veggies.

the food was fine, but the service was very poor. the lady making the sandwiches didnt listen half the time and was rude when asking what I said. then she overcharged me for my sandwich.
