I was very pleased with the customer service. Being my absolute first time trying JM's, I was treated like an old friend. The person who took my order offered knowledgeable recipe similarities, yet maintaining my original choice. It was the very best sandwich I've had. Keep up the great work guys, you're batting 1,000! I will definitely be back!

Jersey Mike’s in Derby is an excellent location for the RT8 exit 16, 17 area, retail shops, and a hospital nearby. The staff were really nice and the service was quick considering plenty of other customers. The number 7 sandwich was fresh and delicious and enjoyed with a cold root beer.

So for 4 years we've gone there and also order takeout 2x a week because it's the healthiest food in the area that's quick. Customer service is always mediocre and pick up orders have never once been correct. you subtract or add something and it doesn't get done etc. one time I even had to ask them to change gloves after touching MONEY!! like hellllloooooo!!! Today I went in and it was completely different. I got a sub in a tub as usual and they actually made it like a salad as requested. The gentleman was so accommodating to any substitutes, so polite and went above and beyond. I even asked him his name and he said MATT.. honestly I won't go back if that man doesn't make our food because he's EXCELLENT. Can they clone him? todays experience was 10/10

Send my uncle here yesterday to get sandwiches. He got the sandwiches the sandwiches were normal. There was something a little off about the soda but didn’t think nothing of it but maybe they just then put the equal parts of the liquid to make it taste like Pepsi etc …. Instead when my ice melted I opened my cup and had the whole soda spout in my drink I can not wait to speak to a manager . Do you see how digusting that spout is and my child and I drank that !!!

I have never seen a place go to the extent of prep that these workers did to ensure my wife was safe from a gluten allergy. Literally wiped down every piece of equipment and surface that her food touched. I was picking up for her but I know she’d be super appreciative of the care and concern for her allergy. Most people don’t take it seriously. Thank you guys!
