Do not order online
Great new jersey Mike's still working out some snags in service routine making the line a little bit long but well worth it
Opening week and packed. Store was extremely busy and the staff was very effective in getting orders out and pleasant to all customers while I was there.
Since it just opened up a few days ago ago I suggest ordering through door dash so the wait is not as long. Other than that the food is better than expected. But the service is a bit slower if there is a line.
Ive heard and seen something about Jersey Mike's on YouTube and stuff. After seeing about it coming to a Decatur and having a charity event happening. And after going there, despite the busy-ness of it. Its like Jimmy John's but offers stove top food preparation and the bread is softer. I'd recommend the Philly cheese steaks. Or the chicken one too.
