Since the first time I entered Jersey Mike's in Danville, IL; I have been treated like a member of the family. Amanda, the manager, and Chelsea always treat me with kindness and friendly banter. On one occasion, Amanda asked and why I had a hat on and I told her I was waiting for my hair to grow back after chemo. We chatted and she said she was also a cancer survivor. Of course, we started talking about wigs and I mentioned that I had two but they wouldn't style right. Months later, I was buying sandwiches again (my husband and I love the sandwiches and the small cookies) and she noticed I was acting sad. She asked and I told her I had just found out my cancer was back and started crying. She gave me the biggest hug and said she would help me any way she could. She even offered to fix my

Big shout out to the guy working at Jersey Mike's tonight!!! Stellar service and consideration for customers!!! I have Celiac Disease and can rarely eat out! But was able to tonight because of the extra care and time he provided to us!!! Absolutely outstanding!!!

Always a good Philly at Jersey Mike's. Tables were dirty and that's the only reason they didn't get a higher score. Good service!

The Danville Illinois location is great! The staff is amazing, they listen to your order and make sure you get what you want and they really care. The coupons are good not just a $1 off but ones like buy 1 get 1 free and 25% off your order. My husband and I eat here once or twice a week and I'm never disappointed. I even see how well they take care of other customers of all types from older farmers to Neurotypical individuals.
