Jersey Mike's Subs

I’ve gotten sandwiches from this location a handful of times. The last couple times were well below brand standards. Tonight, I ordered 4 sandwiches, chips and cookies. 3 of the sandwiches were original Italians, all ordered “Mikes Way” I watched the employee make the sandwiches and asked them if they made them mikes way because I didn’t see them add any of the things that are included. They assured me that they were - OK, maybe I missed it. Nah - lied to my face. Additionally, the bread was weird and the sandwiches barely had enough meat to cover the bread. I don’t mind paying a premium for good quality - probably won’t be back to this location.

Ordered food to get delivered and several items were missing when I had called to ask them to fix this situation the lady on the phone was VERY RUDE. If the lady on the phone was nice about it it wouldn't of been that big of a problem but she was extremely rude about it. Jersey Mikes do better at who you hire, this lady was rude and couldn't even make a sandwich and pack the order correctly.

Love this location and the crew they have. always making people laugh and have a good experience. 10/10. I always come for the steak and cheese but even with the grill down the crew held a positive attitude and suggested some of their favorite cold cuts.

Went in tonight 7/3 at 8:30pm the bigger girl working was clearly mad that I walked in so close to closing time as they were already cleaning up. I get wanting to get out on time but the store closes at 9 not 830. As she was making my sandwiches she kept looking at the time and was in such a rush, one of them came out so sloppy there was more vegetables outside of the sandwich than in it. Next sandwich I ask for a California chicken cheese steak she throws steak on the grill so I ask her if that was for me because I said chicken, she tosses the steak and throws chicken on, when I get home the cheese steak has onions and peppers in it, not lettuce tomato Mayo like it was supposed to have. For the price and size of the sandwiches the service should be a lot better. I’ll avoid this location i

Giant Italian, Mike's Way no onions. Good go to sandwich. Very large portion and good value/bang for buck. Could split a giant with someone, better option than 2 regular subs.
