I came into Jersey Mike's during a rush of at least 20 people two days ago and I was honestly having a bad day when i walked in. Until Shuntae took my order i asked who was the shift lead on duty because there were only two people working, and she told me she was when she took my order she was completely focused, calm, and professional the entire time she cut and topped my sandwich. She listened carefully to every customer's order, didn't rush anyone, and still kept the line moving efficiently by taking multiple orders at once and making each one at the same time. My sandwich wasn't just thrown together like usual when the other manager be there i stopped going because of her attitude didn’t want to put all that on yelp. The young ladies assisting me were very kind and courteous, which I truly appreciated. However, I did notice a concern regarding hygiene practices. After handling payments, the employees did not change their gloves before preparing food. I found this to be unsanitary. When I brought it to the manager’s attention and suggested that gloves be changed between customers, she simply responded, “Yep,” without further acknowledgment. Additionally, after taking my payment, the employee began preparing two large sandwiches for other customers and left me waiting. I ultimately had to ask another employee to bag my items so I could leave. If these concerns were addressed, this location would be excellent. Tonight I learned the true meaning of customer service.. So I was I decided to test out to see how much patience the young lady that was making my sandwich had. Mind you it’s an hr before they close. So she asked how I would like my sandwich made and I told her mikes way with lite lettuce. So once she completed making the sandwich the way I like she started wrapping it up. So I decided to joke with her and I ask for more lettuce. With no hesitation she unwrapped my sandwich and started to put lettuce on it. And I told her I was joking. Not once did she display I was getting on her nerves or act like she didn’t want to help me. Jordan displays how customer service should be. It has been a pleasurable experience every time I’ve come to this store! From the chaos of opening day to the lulls of late lunch hours, the staff has always served quality subs with a smile. Working just across the street I frequent this store and will continue to do so. Ordering on the app, I’ve never had to wait on my order. Sometimes placing large orders for my department, they never put a topping/ ingredient wrong. I highly value quality service and it can be found at this store. Thank yall for keeping me fed!

They have the best gluten free subs around! Bread is soft and holds. The food is always fresh and delicious! together...service is great, friendly , fast.
