The Manager Olivia and Paulina are thee most professional and personable people "Rare Combo" And the sandwiches are 1million times better than anywhere even Jimmy Johns. Down right addicting!!! The 1st bad comment is about door dash ppl be crazy it's a 5 STAR for sure.

The food was delicious but unfortunately while I was waiting for my DoorDash the staff was talking about the manager and other employees badly. Talking about work gossip and saying they were going to walk out. I was waiting with three other people, no one even asked for our names or what we were waiting on. Three workers were so busy chatting they didn’t see the line of people waiting to pick up orders. I have come to eat at this establishment multiple times and this is the first time I’ve experienced anything like this.

Smooth grand opening, serving fresh food with a lot of love. The freshly sliced meat, toppings and bread combine to put their sandwich near the top of the list. Grew up in Brooklyn so it's nice to have some East coast vibe in Walla Walla.

Lady with dark hair, glasses and tattoos was extremely rude. Acted like we were all an inconvenience. She talked to the older gentleman in front of me like he was incompetent. She should not be working in any type of customer service

Nice staff here. The Big Kahuna Chicken wrap was really good. Lots more jalapenos than expected. Great mesh of flavors. Regular sandwiches looked good as well. Have been to JM before but this location motivated me to download the app. Moderately busy so I get it but dome tables needed a quick cleaning.
