Jersey Mike’s Subs

I love the food and the service from this Jersey Mike's location. One of the workers (pink purple hair streak and full of smiles) makes a great sandwich. She recommended their own honey mustard, glad she did. My great experience from this establishment is worth coming back to. The food tastes fresh and I find that the menu items are consistent. Thanks!!

During a recent visit, I observed a food handling concern. An employee dropped a chunk of pepperoni on the floor, briefly rinsed it in the sink, and placed it back in the ingredient case. When I raised the issue, both the employee and another who appeared to be a supervisor indicated that this was acceptable and reflected what management had instructed. I’m sharing this to encourage management to review food safety practices and ensure staff are properly trained.

Jersey Mikes is one of, if not the best place to get a freshly made to order sub. This time I chose to order the Philly cheese steak. If it were not for the missing marinara sauce on the cheese steak, it too would have been as great as the subs. Apparently I’m not the only one who thinks that! Cmon Mike, add the Marinara and I will add the fifth star. Besides that, the service is always pleasant and the sandwiches are very good! I highly recommend this location, but, will skip on the cheesesteaks until Mike adds the sauce. 😁

Twice, I used the app and when I went in to pick it up, it wasn’t ready and no one had an explanation. Behind the counter looked like a bomb went off. Food all over the floor, etc. The person behind the counter for pick-ups was sweaty and disheveled and just shrugged his shoulders and couldn’t help me. It’s too expensive for this lack of service. 3:15 on a Saturday, no manager in site, just a bunch of kids who have no interest in doing anything more than getting through their shift. I’m done with this place.

Wonderful friendly staff who went out their way to make sure my pocket book, which I had left in the restaurant, was returned to me. Greatly appreciative of the honest person who found it and the staff at Jersey Mike's. I hope the positive karma heads to each of you.
