Jersey Mike's Subs

Figured we would give the new Jersey Mike's a shot in Cedar City. The service was ok, nothing great. Took longer than expected during a fairly slow period. The food was a sandwich, nothing really to set it apart compared to other sandwich shops. It was cheaper than firehouse subs so there's that I suppose. 3 out of 4 of us would recommend other well known places before here.

I am currently writing this while being blatantly ignored by the staff at this location. I do DoorDash on the side, but having managed a fast-casual restaurant for eight years, I am appalled by the lack of basic service standards here. It is one thing to be busy; it is another to treat delivery drivers as invisible. I have watched a massive line of customers walk in well after I arrived, only to see them served and out the door while my order (also a customer?) sits in limbo. In my years of management, I never allowed my team to treat partners this way. Delivery orders represent paying customers just as much as the people standing at the glass. To be ignored so dismissively is unprofessional and a sign of poor floor leadership. If you’re a driver, skip this location—they clearly don’t valu

I came into the store 2 minutes before close and was going to leave due to closing time and the staff was amazing, they insisted it wasn’t too late and served me with a smile on their face. They treated me very well and I had an amazing experience. They were kind and very helpful. I insisted they give me their names so I could leave a review. Cole, Vanna, Jocelyn and Liz were the best! I look forward to coming back!

I just want to give a HUGE shoutout to the Wednesday morning crew at Jersey Mike’s (11/19)! 👏 I called in Tuesday night with a pretty big order—17 subs for a company lunch—and the guy who took my call was so friendly, cracking jokes and making the whole process super easy. Fast forward to Wednesday… my order was set for 12:00. I walked in at 12:05 fully expecting to wait because of the size, but nope—everything was DONE and ready to go! The girls working were upbeat, laughing, joking, and genuinely enjoying their day, which made the whole experience even better. And the best part? They didn’t miss a single thing. Every sandwich was correct, nothing missing, nothing mixed up—absolute perfection on a big order! I’ll definitely be back for my own meals and future work orders. Amazing job,

I had a great experience of working with Cole and Cheyenne. Cole was great to talk to. He was very professional and kind when asking my order. Cole is the first person to ever ask if I had a rewards number when visiting this location. I love rewards and so I’m so happy he asked. Cheyenne made the sandwiches and they were amazing. Definitely coming back often! Give Cole and Cheyenne a raise because they made my experience wonderful!
