I come to this location at least twice a week . The new staff has been great . But today it was Regan’s first time making our hot sandwiches. Let me tell you this was the best sandwich we have had in a while. We got the number 26 and a 42 giants we save the other half for dinner lol . I’ve been watching this young man working and he stays busy all the time . He did an outstanding job on our food that I had to post about it. Please keep him happy so he stays . Thank you so much . The worst jersey mikes I have ever visited. The taller gentleman seemingly managing the store was constantly complaining about sandwiches in specific orders. When I ordered gluten free he told me it would be a whine because he was making bread sandwiches. I created an online order and ran other errands while I waited. When I picked up the sandwich, it contained next to zero meat. One slice of ham, 2 turkey, one half piece of bacon. It was obviously made in a hurry and with spite. Every other JM makes gluten free sandwiches on a paper to limit cross contamination and most people working in a sandwich store are happy to do so. Lowest customer service and rude staff member.

Were greeted by the employees as soon as we entered. Order was taken promptly and accurately. Food was fresh and flavorful. Jersey Mikes is always a win.

The crew is never “happy to see ya” they always looked over worked and frustrated. Try customizing a sandwich, and the look of the extra work will make you feel bad for asking. Go to the Jersey mikes at east Cherokee and hickory road if you want a good experience

This location isn’t the best. Try elsewhere first. One day they give a kid a roast beef sub and the next day (literally, my boy wanted the same roast beef sub the next day) they refuse. I’d think it would be ok to choose roast beef for a kids sub, but they won’t consistently allow it. Just a bit rude about it overall. With it being a new location I would hope they would want to be extra kind to help grow the location. Guess not.
