The Burlington location: The workers were excellent. Both gentlemen were extremely professional and friendly. The facility was very clean. However, the quality of the product, does not equal the TV commercial hype!!! I will say, the best part of the sandwich was the bread. The meat and cheese are low quality. I paid $34 for 2 sandwiches. My first and last time. They need to use better quality meat and cheese.

Subs are delicious and the staff was very knowledgeable when it came to food prep, cleanliness and superb customer service. Will definitely be going back!!

I went for my first time. Burlington location. I purchased the hoagie bowl salad 🥗 delicious. The guys there around 12:30 were awesome. Great customer service 😊 The salad was fresh, they slice the meat right when you order. I have enough to eat for lunch & dinner. I'll be back!!!

I ordered a specific club sandwich and they forgot my roast beef and I feel gypped because I paid $25 for two sandwiches and one snack. And they didn’t even get all the meat right. I’m very upset won’t come back.

The tall guy who works here helped carry my order to my car since I was carrying my baby. I wasn’t having the best day and his kindness & small talk to the car helped lift my spirits today, so thank you.
