Jersey Mike's Subs

It's always a staple to consume Jersey Mike's in my hometown for our family. During Thanksgiving week (specifically on Saturday 11/29/25 , we stopped to have lunch prior to our flight, I was really dissatisfied with the service level at this location.. The employees at this location had illdemeanered and almost as if they were miserable working. The line was long and the service extremely slow. The location was also short staffed and the manager did nothing to chip in to help her employees. She also was rude to me for simply asking her a question her facial expressions were very telling. Despite all this, the food itself was delicious. But Jersey Mike's corporate office should take heed to this and make improvements to management and employees interactions with the public.

Stopped in a few weeks back before our flight. Great experience. Clean store. Friendly staff, didn’t have to wait very long. Don’t have a Jersey Mike’s near me so I always enjoy one while traveling and the cheesesteak did not disappoint. Usually order the Original Italian but wanted something different. Buns were fresh and good amount of meat and cheese. Will def order from here again the next time I’m flying out.

I personally thought the staff were very kind, efficient, and patient. Lowkey some of the customers seemed a bit racist & were interpreting everything as being “rude” or “angry” when they’re just trying to keep things moving. Check yourself. The line was wrapped all the way to the bathrooms and they’re in a tightly packed little area building so many sandwiches….have some patience and remember they’re human. Go somewhere else if the line looks long & you don’t have time rather than complaining about how long it is! They’re moving quick, but with so many people wanting custom sandwiches or not knowing what they want, it takes a sec. It’s an airport for christ’s sake. Don’t expect people managing a consistent rush to be fake little smiley robots. Lord. Also my sandwich was really good.

I come here very often since I fly out for work every two weeks . I can say that the customers have no self awareness. Very childish as well. They order a sandwich and expected to be made under one minute when they can obviously see how long the line is, which may cause the employees to get aggravated, but they have to understand that they still have to remain professional, which I think they have a hard time doing. A few employees always bicker back-and-forth with customers when I come there I’m surprised they still have a job. The sandwich is always good I get a chipotle cheese steak . 10/10.

Terrible customer service from the miserable staff that works here. There is a short female manager that walks around, cursing at the staff, cursing at the customers demoralizing the staff. No wonder why they’re so grumpy. Coming from a United Airlines employee this is horrible to see there used to be an older gentleman manager here I haven’t seen him in a little while. He was very nice always said good morning to me when he saw me on the line and was always nice when he spoke to The staff. Jersey Mike’s should really step in and see what’s going on here. There must be a deeper problem than just the managers that work here. Gave me the craps…better check the food for expired food
